Bei mir ruckelt die Seite beim Scrollen nicht. Evtl. hilft es, einmal den Browser-Cache zu leeren und die Seite dann noch einmal aufzurufen?

Falls Du nicht nur JavaScript unter die Lupe nehmen möchtest, sondern auch Flaschenhälse in PHP und MySQL finden möchtest, kann ich Dir TideWays ([www.tideways.io](http://www.tideways.io)) ans Herz legen.

Ich weiß nicht an was du alles geschraubt hast: mit meinem iPhone SE über 60 MBit/s Internetanbindung per&nbsp;WLAN : läuft flott.
