# PayPal: "Während der Kommunikation mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister ist ein Fehler aufgetreten..."

Ab und an kommt die Meldung bei Kunden im Checkout:  
„Während der Kommunikation mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.“

Nur PayPal ist aktiviert, kein PayPal Express, kein PayPal Plus und keine PayPal Ratenzahlung. Übertragung der Bestellnummern ist aktiviert.

Was kann ich tun?

PayPal Plugin 3.2.0  
Shopware 5.5.10

Erscheint eigentlich immer in /var/log:
