Hallo, seitdem ich Paypal Plus nutze bekomme ich immer mal wieder folgende Fehlermeldungen im Plugin.Log File. Was hat das zu bedeuten? Leider immer noch der Fehler, laut technischen Paypal-Support soll das Problem bei Shopware liegen?! Jemand eine Idee? ---

Macht doch am besten ein Ticket im Issue tracker dafür auf dem bekommt es hoffentlich die nötige Aufmerksamkeit von Shopware  ---

Wr können uns da leider anschließen ☹ Oftmals funktioniert es, es gibt aber pro Tag mindestens 10 dieser Einträge im Log ☹ ---

Das funktioniert problemlos. Versuchst du es ggf. in einer Entwicklungsumgebung mit Verzeichnisschutz? ---

Gibt es hierzu schon etwas neues? Wir haben auch sehr häufig diese Meldung im Log in Verbindung mit PayPal: An error occurred on creating a payment: Client error response  ---

Der Fehler kommt bei uns jetzt auch sporadisch.   Liegt es eventuell am Verzeichnisschutz?  Aktuell ist die Test-Umgebung noch mit einem Passwort geschützt.      ---

Hey, ich möchte mich hier mal anschließen. Wir haben das Problem auch seit ein paar Tagen. Im “plugin\_production\_xxxx.log” steht immer nur der Satz “An error occurred on executing the payment: Client error response”. Gibt es dazu schon eine Lösung mittlerweile?   Grüße, Matthias ---

Hallo zusammen, ich sehe das auch gerade in einem Shop: “An error occurred on creating a payment: Client error response” Sehr aussagekräftig ![Crying](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/shopware/original/1X/3d74433e0d4d6cb84e92906c2faceb6b50db91bf.png "Crying"). Der Shopbetrieber hat von fehlgeschlagenen Zahlungen per mobile Devices berichtet. Grüße sunflower ---

Kann vieles bedeuten - am Besten im PayPal Classic Plugin die Option “Fehlermeldungen anzeigen” aktivieren, weil dann ein ausführlicheres Log geschrieben wird. Ja, es kann nur einen geben.  “Duplicate Entry” steht für doppelter Inhalt . Es gibt bei dir also schon eine Plugin mit dem Namen “PayPal”. Das muss zuerst weg, bevor du ein neues Hinzufügst. ---
