# Paypal Plus & Cache Problem

Hallo Zusammen,
wir hatten am Wochenende im Shop das Problem das die Zahlungen über Paypal nicht vollständig finalisiert werden konnten -
Paypal leitete nach der Zahlung auf eine Shopseite weiter - dort stand nur “Warenkorb” leer - alle Transaktionsnummern begannen mit “PAY…” und wurden
zwar im Shop gespeichert aber nicht bei Paypal vollzogen.
NAchdem wir alle Shopcaches geelert haben ging alles wieder?
Kennt jemand dieses Phänomen oder hat eine ERklärung dafür?

Ich befürchte dafür ist Deine Fehlerbeschreibung zu dürftig. Du müsstest Dich mit Logging und Debugging beschäftigen.

Habe folgenden Fehler im Log gefunden:

Ich kann diesen Fehler bestätigen, bei uns kam das vergangenen Freitag auch vor. Nach leeren des Caches, hat es funktioniert. Die meisten Kaufabbrüche haben wir derzeit mit PayPal

Ja sind alle freigegeben . Für Paypal & Paypal Plus gibt es ein Update, aber das haben wir uns im Weihnachtsgeschäft erspart.

Soweit ich sehe keine Übereinstimung ausser den Core Erweiterungen - damit dürften Dritthersteller-Plugins als Ursache wohl wegfallen.

und habt ihr auch das Phänomen mit den durch Paypal generierten Transaktionsnummern die mit „PAY…“ beginnen? Scheint so als ob Paypal
die von Shopware erzeugte Transaktionsnummer bei der Abwichlung nicht verifizieren kann und eine eigene Nummer vergibt…
