Hallo Roman, wenn ihr das immer nachstellen könnt, wäre es gut, wenn ihr das ganze mal in ein Ticket verfasst: [https://issues.shopware.com/](https://issues.shopware.com/) Darin möglichst viele Infos packen, die Helfen könnten, das Problem nachzustellen: Bestimmter Artikel im Warenkorb? Bestimme Positionen, wie Rabatte oder Gutscheine? Sind sonst noch Plugins aktiv, die in den Checkout Prozess eingreifen? Wird ein Custom Theme genutzt? Hat der Kunde irgendwelche Besonderheiten?
