# Paypal / Paypal Plus Integration

Hi,

ich versuche aktuell Paypal zu integrieren. Paypal Plus ist freigegeben die Paypal Version ist 2.1.2 .

Wenn ich jetut die Client-ID und Client Secret eingeben, bestätigt er mit auch das Webhook und API Einstellungen Korrekt sind. Auf der Paypal Developer Seite ist hinter allem ein grüner Haken.

Wenn ich jetzt aber aus den Plugin Einstellungen raus gehe und wieder neu rein sagt er die Einstellungen konnten Aufgrund eines unbekannten Fehlers nicht geladen werden und alle Felder sind wieder leer.

Der Shop zeigt das sobald das Plugin Aktiv ist :

Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten!

Wir wurden bereits über das Problem informiert und arbeiten an einer Lösung, bitte versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut.

Hallo,

da scheint wohl ein Update fehlgeschlagen zu sein. Hast du mal probiert das Plugin neu zu installieren? Nach der Deinstallation in der Datenbank schauen, ob auch alle Tabellen des Plugins gelöscht worden sind.&nbsp;

Das habe ich schon mehrmals versucht das Plugin neu zu istallieren. Habe ich auch gerade erneut versucht. Das Problem bleibt gleich.

Kann das sein das ein altes Plugin hier Schuld ist. Ich habe eine altes Klarna Checkout Plugin im Plugin Manager welches sich nicht deinstallieren lässt.

Ich bin jetzt ein Stück weiter. Allerdings kommt beim Kauf im Livebetrieb mit Paypal folgende Fehlermeldung:

PayPal konnte die übermittelte Adresse nicht validieren. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Eingaben.

&nbsp;

Oder wenn ich Paypal Plus aktiviere:

&nbsp;

Während der Kommunikation mit dem Zahlungsanbieter ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.

Ich hab leider das selbe Problem, bekomme bei mir auch die Fehlermeldung: “PayPal konnte die übermittelte Adresse nicht validieren. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Eingaben.”

Konnte hierfür schon eine Lösung gefunden werden?

Die Lösung wurde doch schon von [Michael Telgmann](https://forum.shopware.com/profile/17553/Michael%20Telgmann) beschrieben.

Paypalplugin deinstallieren. Beim Deinstallieren sollte die Meldung kommen ob auch die Daten des Plugins gelöscht werden sollen. Diese mit “ja” bestätigen. Damit werden die Konfigurationsdaten gelöscht. Anschließend neu installieren. Funktioniert. Hatten in einem Shop das selbe Problem.

Ich bekomme die selbe Fehlermeldung, bei mir hat die Deinstallation&nbsp;leider nichts gebracht. Gibt es noch eine andere Lösung?
