# PayPal Konfiguration nicht möglich weil "This value should not be blank"

Unter Settings → Extensions → PayPal

Habe ich versucht meine PayPal Daten einzugeben.

Aber

- es kommt der Hinweis “This value should not be blank” even though i filled it”
- “Test API credentials” Button bleibt grau

Testet on  
Shopware 6.5.8.18  
Paypal Plugin 8.9.1  
Ubuntu 24.04 Firefox  
Ubuntu 24.04 Chromium  
iOS 26.1 Safari

Was sagt die Console im Browser zum Fehler?

@Max_Shop habe die Frage erweitert um die Infos:  
Shopware 6.5.8.18  
Paypal Plugin 8.9.1

Selbst wenn es ein Bug wäre, für diese Shopware und PayPal-Versionen wirst du keine Fixes mehr erhalten.

Ich kann mich daran erinnern, dass ich auch mal Probleme mit den Feldern hatte. Probiere mal nicht Copy und Past, sondern manuell ein Zeichen zu tippen und dann wieder zu löschen. So dass verschiedene KeyDown oder ähnliche JS Befehle ausgeführt werden.

I found the work-around:

1. putting in the values
2. enable and then disable (again) the Sandbox switch.

Thx @Max_Shop for the motivation to try more hacks
