# Paypal ITEM\_TOTAL\_MISMATCH - keine Zahlung möglich

Moin,

Kunden können in unserem Shop sehr vereinzelt Bestellungen nicht mit Paypal bezahlen. Wir nutzen die Paypap-Plus-Integration von Shopware.

Im Logfile finde ich dann folgende Fehlermeldung:

Ich kann den Fehler leider nicht auf dem Testsystem provozieren. Ich kann hier auch keine Unstimmigkeiten entdecken:

Hallo Oli,

es wäre noch interessant zu wissen wie der Cart oder die Order aussieht. So könnte man sehen, was zu PayPal übertragen wird und was nicht. Ich vermute, dass ein bestimmter Type von LineItem nicht von PayPal übernommen wird.
