# Paypal Checkout Plugin 4.3.2 und 4.3.3 Abbrüche

Ich mache hier mal einen neuen Thread auf:

Mit Plugin 4.3.0 mit Shopware 5.6.10 auch im Log gefunden. Mit 4.3.2 Paypal Plugin (heute Update eingespielt) ändert wird auch ein Eintrag generiert. Andere Paypalbestellungen gingen vorher auch durch, die Meldung gab es aber jetzt schon 2x im Log, mit heute 3x.

Kundenantwort auf die Frage ob es Probleme gab: „Ich musste es wieder holen da es beim ersten mal nicht funktionierte.“ Bei diesem Kunden war es Chrome mit Android.

Wird jetzt schön langsam Zeit dass das Plugin wieder läuft OHNE irgendwelche Meldungen andauernd. Es nervt, ungemein. Kann doch wohl jetzt nicht wirklich sein. Wie viele werden wohl noch diese Probleme haben und sich dessen gar nicht bewusst sein…

Hängt es ev. damit zusammen dass der Kunde im Off-Canvas Warenkorb nicht das Land richtig auswählt?

Wenn sich da nicht bald was zum Besseren ändert hilft wohl wieder nur der Weg zurück auf Paypal Plugin v3.

Bei uns im Shop aktuell folgende Meldung - Bestellungen gehen nicht mehr durch  
SW 5.7.14 mit PayPal Plugin 4.3.2

dann schalte ich mal Express ab… wird sowieso heuer nichts mehr. Ich und mein Umsatz sind ja kein Versuchskaninchen.

Ich konnte jetzt Version 4.2.3 aus Juli 2022 einspielen. Die funktioniert.

@Steffffi Bei uns konnte mit den Updates leider garkeine Paypal Bestellung ausgelöst werden, weshalb ein Rückschritt auf eine frühere Version unsere einzige Möglichkeit war, damit wir Paypal weiter anbieten können.

Sobald der Kunde bei uns nämlich einen Abbruch bei Paypal erfährt, ändert sich die Zahlungsart automatisch auf Vorkasse (was der Kunde leider nicht mitbekommt) und die Kunden bestellen dann mit der Zahlungsart Vorkasse.

oha… auch kein Spass.

Bin mal gespannt wie es da jetzt weiter geht. Ich selbst bin kein Fan von Express, die restlichen Module wie Rechnungskauf, etc. biete ich nicht über Paypal an. Es ist den Kunden schon zuzutrauen, die Adresse einzugeben, daher ist der Verzicht auf Express verschmerzbar, verglichen mit dem schlechten Gefühl dass es andauernd Abbrüche gibt. Ist sicherlich schlimmer wie das ganze von vornherein nicht anzubieten (wenn NUR Express davon betroffen ist…)

Ich weiß schön langsam echt nicht mehr was das soll. Bei mir steht die Saison an und mein Shop als Grundlage ist buggy.

Was bedeutet diese Fehlermeldung? Mehre Log-Einträge von verschiedenen Kunden heute Mittag:

Das werden wir nicht wissen, da Shopware dazu schweigt weil wer braucht schon Paypal das funktioniert. Auch wurde der Bug, der genau diese Meldung beschreibt, geschlossen weil gelöst in 4.3.3, was aber wohl nicht stimmt.

Hallo zusammen,

mit [Shopware Issuetracker](https://issues.shopware.com/issues/PT-12853) haben wir versucht die „PAYER\_ACTION\_REQUIRED“ Problematik zu verbessern. Uns war aber auch bewusst, dass wir diese damit nicht voll umfänglich lösen konnten.
