# PayPal Bestellung kommt rein, Zahlung bleibt aus

Hallo Zusammen,

in letzter Zeit häuft es sich, dass wir Bestellungen mit PayPal erhalten, aber keine Zahlung reinkommt. Im Feld Transaktionsnummer haben wir dann einen Platzhalter und im Log folgende Fehlermeldung:

Laut Shopware überträgt der Shop einen Artikel mit dem Wert „0€“ übertragen wird. Das ist aber nicht der Fall. Auch ein Gutschein usw. wird nicht verwendet. Hat jemand vielleicht einen Ansatz?

Einen Ansatz habe ich nicht, aber kann es sein dass Paypal derzeit Probleme hat? Seit ein paar Tagen kommen manche Zahlungsbestätigungs Emails von Paypal nicht ins Emailpostfach oder sehr verspätet. Nicht alle aber ab und zu.

Kann das jemand bestätigen? Die Email zur Bestellung kommt zuverlässig gleich nach der Bestellung. Nur manche Zahlungsbestätigungen lassen auf sich warten. Im Paypalkonto ist der Betrag aber gutgeschrieben. Auch bei Ebay Bestellungen in Verbindung mit Paypal kommt das vor.

Da kann man ein ziemliches Durcheinander bekommen. 😉

Manche Kunden berichten auch von Problemen in deren Paypalkonto usw.

Kann ich so nicht bestätigen, die Problematik mit den verspäteten Zahlmails kommt aber immer mal wieder vor.&nbsp;
