# Paypal Abbruch Fehler

Hallo,

mal wieder ein Paypal Problem. Wenn man bei Paypal auf abrechen und zurück zum Shop klickt kommt.&nbsp;

Ist das normal?

HTTP 500&nbsp;Internal Server Error

Hallo,

das ist momentan normales Verhalten. Mit Shopware 6.2 wird sich an dieser Stelle aber noch einiges ändern.

leider ist nicht nur die Fehlermeldung unschön.

Aktuell wird bei uns die Bestellung abgeschickt (Bezahlung offen) und der Kunde findet einen leeren Warenkorb vor. Das ist sehr verwirrend für den Kunden.

Wird das auch mit Shopware 6.2 behoben?

Hallo,

ist hier eine Änderung am grundsätzlichen Prozess geplant? Es macht einfach keinen Sinn eine Bestellung auszulösen, wenn der Nutzer im PayPal-Bezahlprozess entscheidet zurückzugehen.

Offenbar wollte er die Bezahlung und damit die Bestellung aus Gründen nicht abschließen. Wieso sollte das Shop-System dann die Bestellung über den Willen des Kunden hinweg auslösen?

Aber schön, dass der Prozess keinen 500er mehr wirft 🙂
