# Packstation/ Postfiliale kein Porto

Hallo,

wir haben Shopware 5.6.8, DHL Plugin1.6.3.  
Unsere Portofreigrenze liegt bei 40,-- Euro, darunter wir eine Pauschale berechnet.  
Wenn ein Kunde unter 40,-- Euro bestellt und als Lieferadresse Packstation oder Filiale auswählt wird kein Porto berechnet.  
An was kann das liegen, bzw. kann das eingestellt werden?
