# No Valid File Format - Import

Hallo Communiy,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Shopware Import Modul - undzwar habe ich mit dem Artikel Komplett Profil einen Export gemacht um das entsprechende Format zu bekommen.&nbsp;

Dann habe ich eine Datei aufbereitet um zum Testen einen Artikel zu importieren und zu überschreiben, allerdings bekomme ich immer die Fehlermeldung „No valid file format“ im Backend und ich habe langsam echt keine Ideen mehr woran es noch liegen kann.&nbsp;  
Es ist eine CSV Datei im UTF-8 Format und auch die Spaltennamen etc. sind alle korrekt.

Hat da jemand vielleicht eine Idee ? Ich bin langsam mit meinem Latein echt am Ende und verspüre immer mehr das Bedürfnis das Shopware Import Modul in die Tonne zu treten…&nbsp;

Hi Bjarne,

Wie ist deine Datei benannt? „.csv“ oder „.CSV“? Wenn es in Versalien geschrieben ist, kommt bei mir der selbe Fehler aber in Kleinbuchstaben funktioniert es.

Hi @BjarneL

Can you please check your CSV File Extension. I think the issue is CSV Extension.  
Make sure file extension like _ **export.categories.csv** _ (file extension type letter is lower case)
