# Neuinstallation: /install Datei nicht abrufbar

Hallo, ich habe Shopware installiert. Beim ersten Versuch hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Dann bin ich allerdings nicht mehr in das Backend gekommen und wollte die Installation nun komplett neu durchführen. Der Pfad [meinedomain.de/shop/install](http://meinedomain.de/shop/install) ist aber nicht mehr erreichbar (wird bei mir dann automatisch auf die Home umgeleitet) [meinedomain.de/shop](http://meinedomain.de/shop) ist auffindbar (das Verzeichnis in dem alle Shopware Dateien liegen). Hier steht dann nur, dass der Shop noch nicht konfiguriert ist. Wer kann mir helfen? Besten Dank.
