# NetworkError: 404 in Shopware front end and back end

We got the error “NetworkError: 404” in shopware back end and front end, we didn’t get log files(Not created), can’t get the exact issue in apache error log also. Our system run in&nbsp;nginx server. May be its due to the hosting service issue, please help us to fix this error. Thanks.
