# Nach Update von 5.2.4 auf 5.2.5 bleibt das Backend leer

Hallo Shopware Gemeinde,

ich habe nach dem Update von 5.2.4 auf 5.2.5 as Problem das der Inhalt vom Backend leer bleibt. Eine vollkommen weiße Seite ohne Fehlermeldung. Das Frontend läuft scheinbar fehlerfrei.

Browsercache habe ich geleert. Habe es auch mit einem anderen Browser probiert. Plugins und Systemvoraussetzungen waren beim Update alle zur Version passend.

Der Quelltext der Seite hat folgenden Content: (Falls das weiterhilft)

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich tun kann damit es auch im Backend wieder fehlerfrei weitergeht ?

Hast Du das Error-Log der Website sowie die Shopware-Logs geprüft?

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem, als ich auf 5.2.4 geupdatet habe. Hatte zuerst Update für das Plugin Custom Products gemacht, danach die Shopware-Version&nbsp;-\> Backend weiß

Im zweiten Versuch erst Shopware auf 5.2.4 dann Custom Products -\> Backend wie gewohnt 🙂

Keine Ahnung, ob es an der Reihenfolge lag? Und ob es für Dich hilfreich sein kann.

Danke für eure Hilfe.&nbsp;Ich habe mittlerweile das Backup eingespielt und dann noch einmal das Update per FTP gemacht. Jetzt ist alles wieder ok. Super Gemeinde hier.
