# Nach Update-Versuch geht leider nichts mehr. Front- & Backend nicht erreichbar

Hallo Leute,

wir haben eine Frage bzw. eine Hilfebitte an Euch. Wir haben ein&nbsp;Versionsupdate für den Shop gestartet, wie üblich. Aber diesmal haben wir natürlich vergessen bei den Shopdaten/Stammdaten? das www. raus zunehmen und dann das Update gestartet. Natürlich ging nichts weiter und das Update hat sich aufgehangen. Nichts geht mehr. Habt Ihr evtl eine Lösung oder Hilfestellung für uns?&nbsp;

Ihr habt einen Syntax-Fehler in der config.php eingebaut - schaut euch die Datei mal an, insbesondere Zeile 11.

Hi,

auf jeden Fall ist eure config.php noch defekt vom Inhalt. Die muss erstmal wieder so bearbeitet werden, dass diese keine Fehler mehr enthält und dann auch der Datenbankzugriff wieder möglich ist. Aktuell kommt da folgende Meldung:&nbsp; **Parse error** : syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting ‘)’ in&nbsp; **/var/www/vhosts/xxx/config.php** &nbsp;on line&nbsp; **9**

Die Meldungen in deinem Post darüber deuten darauf hin, dass Dateien fehlen. Sollten diese Melunden also noch kommen, nach dem die config.php keinen Fehler mehr schmeißt, dann am besten das gewünschte Versions-Update noch einmal manuell darüber kopieren und dann den Updateprozess einmal manuell anstoßen.

Dann sollte i.d.R. nachher alles wieder laufen

Hallo, da wir gerade an einem ähnlichen Problem arbeiten, wäre es hilfreich wenn Ihr vielleicht&nbsp;&nbsp;kurz beschreiben könntet wie Ihr die Config so modifiziert, dass der Fehler angezeigt wird.

Ich vermute, @ineskruppe hat den Syntax-Fehler in der config.php behoben, so daß dann erst die weiteren Fehler angezeigt wurden (vorher ist das PHP gar nicht erst bis dahin gekommen).

Na steht doch da. Die config.php ist falsch. So schwer ist das nicht zu verstehen. Es gibt hier im Forum zig Threads in denen eine korrekte config.php mit Fehlerausgabe referenziert wird. Aber klar für 150€/Std. - Abrechnung Stundenweise reparier ich Dir die gerne in 30sec. inklusive eintippen der FTP-Daten.

Poste die doch einfach mal hier (mit der Code-Posten Funktion des Foren-Editors bitte). Dann kann man Dir auch helfen. EDIT: mach die Datenbank-Zugangsdaten vorher unleserlich!!!

habe ein ähnliches Problem mit meiner Version 5.6.4. Konnte auf dem Server LOG folgendes auslesen:

Beim debuggen zeigt es mir folgende Fehlermeldung:

Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen, wie ich das Problem lösen kann??

da hatte ich einen Code zum auslesen des Fehlers drin. Aktuell ist da gar nichts in der Zeile 11.

Hab jetzt noch mal im Serverlog geschaut und bekam folgende Fehlermeldungen aktuell:

soweit ich es bisschen nachvollziehen kann sieht es so aus, als ob eine Spalte mit einer Zahl belegt ist, was aber nicht sein sollte. Nur wie bekomme ich das raus, welche Spalte es genau ist ?
