# Nach Update auf 6.4 weisse admin Seite

Hallo leider keine Idee mehr, was ich machen kann.  
Nach dem Update kann ich noch die Login Daten eingeben, dann kommt nur ein weisser Bildschirm.  
Hilfffeeeee 🙂

Hey premium-dog,  
da ich selbst recht neu bin, versuche ich es mal mit allgemeinen Tips, die mir meist geholfen haben.

1. Hast du eventuell Fehlemeldungen in der Konsole?  
[Rechte Maustaste auf irgend ein Element der Seite \> Untersuchen \> auf Konsole wechseln \> Seite neu laden] Nun können u.U. Fehlermeldungen auftauchen.
2. Eventuell musst du dich per SSH anmelden und ein paar Kommandos ausführen (bitte nacheinander ausführen und einzeln testen):

Theme neu kompilieren:

```auto
bin/console theme:compile

```

Cache löschen:

```auto
bin/console cache:clear

```

Plugin refreshen:

```auto
bin/console plugin:refresh

```

Kann es sein, dass „netzpstaging6“ ein Plugin ist, das Probleme macht?

Hallo,  
habe auch das Problem.  
Auf [All-Inkl.de](http://All-Inkl.de) habe ich das Update von 6.35 auf 6.4 problemlos machen können. Dieser Shop wurde dann auf einen anderen Server umgezogen und dort gibt es das Problem. In der Konsole kommt bei etlichen xhr-Aufrufen Error-Status 401.

Der Shop im Frontend läuft… Problem besteht nur im Backend.

Hi,

ich würde dir empfehlen, das ganze in einer lokalen Instanz zu installieren oder zu testen. Wenn du das hast, helfen folgende Schritte (die kannst du auch live durchführen, dann ist aber dein Shop im Frontend weg):

```auto
bin/console theme:change

```

Dann wählst du erstmal das Standard-Theme (es kann sein, dass du wieder den Cache, wie oben beschrieben leeren musst). Wenn du danach versuchst das Theme netzpstaging6 dem Shop zuzuweisen, sollte eine genaue Fehlermeldung mit dem genauen Fehler sichtbar sein. Du kannst aber, nachdem du das Standard-Theme ausgewählt hast, nochmal versuchen dich im Backend anzumelden. Vielleicht klappt es dann.

Alternativ kannst du damit auch versuchen das Plugin zu deaktivieren, da gerade gar nichts geht:

```auto
./bin/console plugin:deactivate netzpstaging6

```

Das sind alles nur Hilfestellungen und Denkanstöße. Vielleicht kommst du ja zum Ziel.

Nach Installation der PHP Erweiterung Sodium läuft alles.
