# Nach Cache leeren - Shopware nicht mehr erreichbar

Hallo, installiert ist Shopware 4.2.3. In einem Beitrag hier im Forum zum Thema “Kategorien nicht sichtbar” wurde der Hinweis gegeben, man solle den Cache leeren. Das habe ich gemacht, jetzt ist weder der Shop, noch das Backend erreichbar. Hallo, die Fehlermeldung sagt ja, dass der Ordner „logs“ nicht beschreibbar ist. Prüfe da am besten nochmal die Schreib- und Leserechte über FTP.
