# "MySQL server has gone away" bei Thumbnail-Generierung

Hallo zusammen,

beim Ausführen des CLI-Commands&nbsp;sw:thumbnail:generate kommt die Meldung:

Im Issue-Tracker habe ich genau das gefunden: [Shopware Issuetracker](https://issues.shopware.com/issues/SW-17335) jedoch mit dem Hinweis, dass das bereits in einem anderen Ticket behandelt wird. Dieses andere Ticket habe ich jedoch nicht gefunden.

Weiß jemand mehr darüber? Ist die einzige Lösung wie im Ticket geschildert die&nbsp;max\_allowed\_packet Konfiguration zu erhöhen?

Danke! Habe mal ein Vote dagelassen. Wobei das ursprünglich von mir gepostete Ticket schon ein paar Monate älter ist. Wäre irgendwie merkwürdig von der Reihenfolge her. Aber die Problematik scheint ähnlich, daher danke!
