I was trying to change specific properties for multiple items, but couldn’t find.

for example, all items has 5-6 properties such as 'Color, Origin, Fit, Weight, Materials, Categories",

And I’d like to change all items in same properties as ‘red’ under ‘Color’ properties.

Is it possible to do this at multi-edit?

The better way is to use our import/export plugin for editing the properties. In our documentation you find a detailed tutorial how to do that:

You have to do that for each article, it’s not possible setting it globally for categories.
