# Migrationsplugin: OXID 4.7.0 \> Shopware 5.1.6

Ich habe das Plugin installiert und konfiguriert. Was problemlos klappt ist das Übertragen der Kunden von OXID zu Shopware. Auch die Kategorien werden angelegt.&nbsp;

Was nicht klappt:

Artikelbilder importieren: es werden 0 Bilder importiert  
Artikel importieren: es wird genau 1 Artikel importiert. Die Artikel sind auch nicht per Filter „Artikel ohne Kategorie“ zu sehen.

Ich habe auch in der Quelldatenbank den SQL Befehl ausgeführt, so wie dort beschrieben.

Den Debug Modus habe ich ebenfalls aktiviert, es wird kein Fehler gezeigt, stattdessen die Meldung „Import erfolgreich“.

In der php.ini habe ich die&nbsp;max\_execution\_time auf 1000 hochgesetzt, wobei ich nicht weiß, ob mein Hoster diesen hohen Wert überhaupt erlaubt. Allerdings: ich konnte 6500 Kunden problemlos importieren, da sollte ja mehr als 1 Artikel importiert werden.

Ist das die Live-Datenbank oder hast du dir gesondert importiert?  
Wir hatten ein ähnliches Problem während der Entwicklung nach einem Import über PHPMyAdmin. Mit Bigdump hat es dann geklappt.

Danke für deine Antwort!&nbsp;Es handelt sich um die Live Datenbank. Oxid und Shopware liegen auf dem selben Server.
