# Migration von Magento 1.9

Hallo,

habe mir die neuste Shopware auf meinem Managed Server bei Domainfactory installiert und wollte nun die Daten aus Magento 1.9 mittels Migrationstool rüber holen.

Bei Benutzer gebe ich den Namen des Benutzers an: db349373\_3  
Dann das Datenbankpasswort natürlich.  
Bei Server: [mysql5.rotknecht.com](http://mysql5.rotknecht.com)  
Bei Port: 3306  
Bei Prefix lasse ich „Default“ stehen.

Wenn ich dann die Combobox öffne, wo die Datenbank ausgewählt werden soll, erhalte ich die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Konnte Datenbanken nicht auslesen  
An error occured: An exception occured in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‚db349373\_3‘@‚localhost‘ (using password: YES)

Was kann ich tun?
