# "Migration von anderen Shopsystemen zu Shopware" -\> Profil Liste leer

Hallo,

ich habe das Plugin “Migration von anderen Shopsystemen zu Shopware” in meinen Shopware installiert. Leider bleibt die Profil Liste leer.

Shopware Version: 5.4.5 Plugin Version: 2.7.1

Die Texte stehen in der Main.ini drin, auch die console Snippet zum Import von Texten habe ich ausgeführt und Backend Cache geleert. Leider kein Erfolg.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Sonst kannst du mir auch mal ein paar Infos, bspw. Backenddaten an [forum@shopware.de](mailto:forum@shopware.de) schicken, vielleicht bekommt man da was raus.
