# Media als URL mitgeben

Hallo zusammen,

ist es möglich über die API ein media mitzugeben, indem man nur die URL zu dem Asset liefert? Analog zu Configuration 2 in Shopware 5? Hier aus der Doku von Shopware 5:&nbsp;

Momentan erstellen wir immer ein Media Objekt und uploaden dann da drauf das Asset. Vorher müssen wir das Asset aber von unserer eigenen Seite runterladen.&nbsp;

Bei der Analyse des Exportes kam raus das dies den größten Zeitanspruch des Exportes an sich nimmt (insgesamt fast 6h).

Daher die Frage ob es möglich wäre den ganzen upload Prozess zu umgehen und einfach nur die URL mitzugeben.
