# Mails werden nicht gesendet

Hallo liebe Community, seit ein paar Wochen werden aus unserem Shop keine E-Mail mehr versand. Das ist der Fehler den ich im core\_production log angezeigt bekomme: ` [2016-01-11 09:58:28] core.ERROR: Could not send user registration email to address test@test.com {"exception":"[object] (Enlight\_Exception(code: 0): Syntax Error 8b" on line 2 " ![Logo]({$sShopURL/media/unknown/83/d0/de/logo.svg)

Hat jemand einen Lösungsansatz für mein Problem? Danke schonmal im Voraus! lg Marco Z.

Hallo, schau mal in die E-Mail-Vorlage. Laut Meldung ist eine Variable nicht mit einem } geschlossen worden. Aufgrund der Meldung scheint es sich dabei um das Logo zu handeln. Variablen müssen immer sauber geschlossen werden - Beispiel: {$sVariable} Sebastian

Hallo, steht doch in der Fehlermeldung. Dein Smarty-Tag {$sShopURL ist rechts nicht geschlossen. (zu spät 🙂 )

Hi, probier mal im Pfad für das Logo folgendes: statt ` ![Logo]({$sShopURL/media/unknown/83/d0/de/logo.svg)` ändern in ` ![Logo]({$sShopURL}/media/unknown/83/d0/de/logo.svg)` Gruß Auch zu spät 😃

Hallo Community, Danke für die schnellen und hilfreichen Antworten - und einen :facepalm: für mich… Habe das Template angepasst und eine Testbestellung durchgeführt. Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Dankeschön :thumbup:
