# Mailing funktioniert nicht richtig, was kann ich tun?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eben mal eine Testbestellung durchgeführt, eine Bestellbestätigung kam auch an jedoch bekommt der Shopbetreiber von der Bestellung garnichts mit, was kann ich da machen oder habe ich irgendwo etwas übersehen?

Hast du die Vorlage dem Sales-Channel zugewiesen?  
Die Logeinträge haben mit der Mail so erstmal nichts zu tun.

Welche Vorlage ist das denn, hier sind einige aber nicht alle zugewiesen.

Oder muss ich noch eine Vorlage erstellen?

Schau mal nach der Bestellbestätigung beispielsweise.

Die sollte da einzeln aufgeführt sein … ggf. auf der zweiten Seite.

Bei Bestellbestätigung ist der Shop hinterlegt. Der Kunde bekommt auch die Email nur der Shopbetreiber nicht
