Hallo zusammen, ich habe unsere Mailkonten mit Microsoft365 verknüpft und mit den jeweiligen DNS-Einträgen auf Timmehosting umgeschaltet. Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass ich den Shopware Mailer mit den Microsoft-Zugangsdaten nicht zum laufen bekomme. ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/shopware/original/3X/f/1/f145925fcdd2211b151fdb3bdd7e62939f246027.png) Laut den Einstellungen müsste es korrekt sein, als Benutzer habe ich die Admin Benutzerdaten angegeben. „Authentifiziertes SMTP“ habe ich aktiviert. Folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte ich, wenn ich z.B. das Kontaktformular absenden will: > **Fatal error** : Uncaught Zend\_Mail\_Protocol\_Exception: errMsg: 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Hallo, ist dem Benutzer mindestens eine Office 365 Basic Lizenz zugewiesen ? Also die Lizenz ist korrekt zugewiesen. Auf die Sache mit dem App-Kennwort bin ich nun auch schon öfter gestoßen, allerdings sehen meine Zielseiten anders aus, als von Microsoft in der Doku beschrieben, ich finde dort keine Möglichkeit meinem Benutzer diese Kennwörter zuzuweisen. ---

Hi, bei Dir ist vermutlich noch die Conditional Access Policy Aktiv (wird im Standard seit einiger Zeit gesetzt) - kannst Du wie folgt abschalten: [Office 365 Conditional Access | ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus](https://www.manageengine.com/mobile-device-management/help/profile_management/mdm_o365_conditional_access.html#:~:text=Follow%20these%20steps.-,Login%20to%20Azure%20Portal%20with%20your%20account%20credentials%20and%20navigate,Off%20and%20click%20on%20Save). Danach ein paar Minuten warten und anschließend dann folgenden Link verwenden: > **[My Sign-Ins](https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info)** > > My Sign-ins Oben dann auf das „+ Anmeldemethode hinzufügen“ klicken. Hmmm, mir wird keine Access policy angezeigt, die ich deaktivieren könnte. ---

Danke für deine Mühe, die Sicherheitsstandards habe ich nun deaktiviert, leider kann ich dennoch keine weiteren Anmeldemethoden hinzufügen. ---

Mehr als eine Stunde? Habe jetzt von anderer Stelle noch den Hinweis erhalten, dass man evtl. in der Powershell etwas anpassen muss. ---

Danke Dir für deine Mühen 🙏 es läuft jetzt! Zwar kann ich nach wie vor kein App-Kennwort erstellen, aber von den ganzen Sicherheitseinstellungen scheint eine ausschlaggebend gewesen zu sein 😁
