Hallo zusammen, Ich versuche seit einiger Zeit unseren Shopware Shop an Mailchimp anzubinden. An sich sollte das ganz einfach über [shopware.mailchimp.com](http://shopware.mailchimp.com) funktionieren - tut es aber nicht. Die Verbindung zum Shop kann ich zwar herstellen und die Synchronisation beginnt auch ganz normal, allerdings wird sie nach einiger Zeit (irgendwo zwischen 30 und 50%) ganz langsam (synchronisiert nur mehr ca. 8 Bestellungen/24h) und bleibt dann letztendlich ganz hängen. Ich habe schon mehrmal mit dem Mailchimp Support geschrieben, die konnten mir aber auch nicht erklären was das Problem ist und haben letztendlich folgendes geantwortet: > Thanks for your patience, we have checked multiple sources and with colleagues and agents throughout Mailchimp. The conclusion we have come to is that there is an error with how information is being passed over. It’s most likely setting a flag that is telling us it’s done before it actually finishes, which is why it stops after certain percentages. Since we’re limited in what we have I would recommend that you contact Shopware directly at [https://www.shopware.com/en/](https://www.shopware.com/en/) as they’ve deveoped the integration. Sprich: anscheinend liegt das Problem bei Shopware. Kann mir da irgendjemand weiterhelfen? Danke schonmal, Lg Matthias ---
