Kommt darauf an wo du ihn hin haben willst. Wir haben bei uns im [www.druck-shop24.net](http://www.druck-shop24.net) den Livezilla Code in den Textbausteinen eingefügt. Dazu in den Textbaustein: frontend/index/menu\_footer -\> sFooterServiceHotline den Code eintragen und schon erscheint er wie bei uns unten rechts bei der Servicehotline.

Guten Morgen matthieasftl,

habt ihr dies nur dort eingefügt oder auch gemäß Anweisung von Livezilla. Bei uns läuft dies nicht.
