Hallo, bin jetzt in Testshops mehrfach über folgendes gestolpert. Die Lösung dafür ist ja recht logisch/trivial, nur könntet Ihr die Fehlermeldung nicht etwas treffender machen? Sie finden die Shopeinstellungen im Backend unter Einstellungen \> Grundeinstellungen \> Shopeinstellungen \> Shops. [/quote]

Hi,

ich kriege ein gekauftes Plugin einfach nicht installiert. Habe natürlich schon das&nbsp;ganze Forum durchsucht, die „Standard“ Tipps befolgt:&nbsp;Ohne Erfolg.

Licence Key ist im Plugin Manager der Grundeinstellungen&nbsp;importiert, habe es sogar schon selbst manuel rein kopiert.

Host ist überall gleich und trotzdem kommt die Meldung „U **nable to install, got exception: License check for module „FgitsCheckEmptyCategory“ has failed. Bitte importieren Sie die Lizenz über „Einkäufe“** “

Unter Chrome fällt mir beim Aufruf des Plugin-Managers jedoch folgende Meldung auf. „Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin " **[http://cdn.shopware.de](http://cdn.shopware.de)**“ from accessing a frame with origin „[http://mydomain.de](http://mydomain.de)“. Protocols, domains, and ports must match."

Könnte es daran liegen?

PS: Shopware ist die Version 5.2.12
