# Layout Zuweisung verereben

Vielleicht irre ich mich, aber die Layout Zuweisung wird nicht vererbt. Wenn man durch Import oder Migration eine Reihe von Kategorien anlegt, will man nicht unbedingt in jede Kategorie rein und die Layout Zuweisung einstellen. Vielleicht mal mit anschauen.

Die Migration sollte das automatisch machen (ggf. funktioniert das aktuell noch nicht komplett).

Später wird es da für die Zuweisung einen Batch-Modus geben.

Bei meinem Test wurde nach der Migration gar nichts zugewiesen und ich musste in jede Kategorie rein.

Die Migration weißt eigentlich alle migrierten Produkte dem neuen SalesChannel zu.  
Wenn es bei dir nicht der Fall ist, müsstest du mal in die Logging-Tabelle (swag\_migration\_logging) oder in die Migration-History in der Administration schauen, da werden alle Meldungen mit gelogged, die bei der Migration auffallen.

Ja das steht einiges drin, aber so richtig schlau werde ich damit im Moment nicht. Jedenfalls sehe ich nichts was im Bezug mit den Kategorien sein könnte. Ich kann gern mal die Liste hier posten.

Guten Morgen R4M,

habe gerade eine Migration deines Testsystems ohne Probleme durchgeführt: Alle Kategorien hatten die “Default category layout” - Zuordnung, ich musste nur einmal die Indexer anstoßen, dass die Produkte auch in der Storefront angezeigt werden. Die Logging-Tabelle sieht gut und unauffällig aus. Wie du schon angemerkt hast:

1. Müssen noch die Positionen der Attribute mit migriert werden, sodass die CustomFields in SW6&nbsp;in der richtigen Reihenfolge stehen
2. Wenn kein Label beim Attribut gesetzt ist, muss das Label auf den Namen des CustomFields&nbsp;gesetzt werden
3. Wenn die Positionen der Kategorien aus SW5 leer sind, muss die Reihenfolge der Kategorien in SW6 trotzdem festgesetzt werden

Wir sind an den Lösungen hierfür dran und halten dich auf dem&nbsp;Laufenden.

Hey, dieser Beitrag ist schon ein Weilchen her. Ich befinde mich aber jetzt erst an diesem Punkt und hätte da mal eine Frage zu Deiner Äußerung „Sieht doch ganz okay aus.“ auf die oben stehenden Fehlermeldungen. Das heißt, die sind nicht schlimm?  
Ich erhalte die ersten beiden im Moment auch (Language + Number Range Type). Aber die Migration scheint ganz normal durchzulaufen. Also muss ich mir wegen dieser Fehler keine Sorgen machen?  
Ich frage nur deshalb, weil wir aufgrund vieler Varianten-Artikel einen Bestand von über 3 Millionen Daten haben, die der Shop gerade liest (bereits seit heute morgen). Das dauert viele Stunden (gestern schon einmal probiert), und dann schreibt er sie ja noch, was nochmal viel länger dauert als das Lesen. Wenn die beiden o.g. Fehler zu einem Problem werden könnten, würde ich ggf. nochmal abbrechen und von vorne anfangen. 🙄

Hi @AutoFrau,

die Logging-Einträge für die Language und den Number Range Type sind eigentlich nur zur Info, damit man weiß, was die Migration gemacht hat, bzw. das diese Inhalte nicht übernommen werden können. Also: Ja, wegen diesem Fehler muss man sich keine Sorgen machen.

Zu der Laufzeit der Migration: Bei 3 Millionen Produktdaten kann es schon paar Stunden dauern.  
Generell empfehlen wir immer für die schnellste Laufzeit: Im Prod-Modus, per CLI und über die lokale Datenbank zu migrieren. Kontext dazu: Im Prod-Modus ist der Symfony-Profile nicht aktiv und die Migration kann schneller und stabiler laufen, per CLI hat man keinen HTTP-Overhead durch den Admin und per lokaler Datenbank hat man auch hier keinen HTTP-Overhead wie bei der Migration via API.

Hinweis: Der Wechsel von API zur lokalen Datenbank kann nicht so einfach gemacht werden, da bei dem Wechsel des Gateways eine neue Verbindung erstellt werden muss und mit dem Wechsel der Verbindung das Mapping (von alten zu neuen IDs) verloren geht und doppelte Daten angelegt werden würden.

Ich hoffe dies hilft dir und zukünftige Forum-User weiter, den Migrationsprozess mehr zu verstehen.
