# Kundenseite ist plötzlich weg

Bei einem Shop-Kunden ist plötzlich die Kundenseite (also die Startseite) unter „/account“ nicht mehr aufrufbar. Sie ist praktisch verschwunden. Alle anderen Seiten wie „/account/login“ oder „account/profile“ oder „/account/address“ usw. sind vorhanden.

Unter „/account“ kommt nur noch:

Category "018e4171d88c7a868ebb7390126b36b0" not found.

```

**Hat jemand dazu eine Idee?**

Hallo R4M,

etwas komisch, dass es plötzlich verschwindet und dann auch noch auf eine Kategorieseite verweist.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass da jemand einen etwas kaputten Redirect eingerichtet hat, der auf eine Kategorie zeigen soll, die es nicht gibt. Ich würde mal 301/302er checken.

Definitiv! Ja, ich kann mir dazu noch keinen Reim machen. Sieht fast so aus, als ob der Controller „accountprofile“ gar nicht aufgerufen wird.
