Die Kunden können wenn sie sich angemeldet haben ihre Bestellung selbst stornieren.

Wie kann man das unterbinden.

Im Warenkorb unter Einstellungen kannst Du das deaktivieren.

Schau’ mal unter Einstellungen → Shop → Warenkorb → Stornierungen erlauben
