# Kunde kann keine Versandart im Warenkorb auswählen - HILFE

Hallo,

wir haben einen Shop mit KOI -&nbsp;

Wenn ein Kunde einen Koi zum Warenkorb hinzufügt und weiter zur Kasse möchte, kommt immer die Fehlermeldung „Keine Versandart“ ausgewählt.

Leider kann man die Versandart aber gar nicht ändern bzw auswählen… kann ich das im Backend irgendwie einstellen?

Seither ging es immer, ist uns heute aufgefallen dass es nun nicht mehr möglich ist.

Gibt es eine Fehlermeldung im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?

Wenn Du die Chrome-Entwickler-Tools öffnest (in Chrome F12 drücken), gibt es dort Fehler, z.B. in der JavaScript-Konsole?
