Hallo, wenn kunden mich durch das kontaktformular kontaktieren und ich auf diese email antworten möchte, wird als empfänger meine email angegeben, sodass ich mir quasi die antwort selbst zusende, weiß jemand wie ich das so umstellen kann das die email vom absender gleich eingebunden wird ?

ich glaube ganz ehrlich das die kontaktformulare immer als absender die shopbetreiber email haben. daher wird das nicht gehen. einfach die empfängeradresse ersetzen aus dem was dir der kunde schickt.
