# Kontaktformular ohne Nachricht

Im Kontaktformular gibt es keinen Inhalt nach dem versenden in der Email keine Angaben zum Absender und keine Nachricht. Es ist einfach leer. Was muss ich tun ? Fehlen nur die Inhalte bei mir oder ist das Template allgemein leer?

Dein E-Mail Template ist leer, entsprechend wird die Mail auch leer verschickt. Du müsstest dort einen Inhalt einpflegen. In einer Standardinstallation ist der bei mir dabei. Also am besten installierst du dir nochmal separat irgendwo Shopware 6 und kopierst die Inhalte rüber. Wenn ich nächste Woche mal wieder in der Firma bin, kann ich hier auch sicherlich den Inhalt vom Template posten.

Hallo,

&nbsp;

ich kann nachher mal nachsehen und es hier durchsenden. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass er bei mir das Formular gar nicht erst weggeschickt?!&nbsp;  
Kommt ständig „This value should not be blank“ obwohl alles ausgefüllt ist?&nbsp;  
&nbsp;

weiß jemand was?

Hallo - ich hatte das Problem auch. In der deutschen E-Mail-Vorlage fehlt der Text. Einfach mal auf “englisch” umschalten. Dort gibt es einen Text. Den muss man sich dann einfach übersetzen.

Auch beides gelöst, englisch übersetzt “wie oben beschrieben” der Fehler&nbsp;“This value should not be blank” durch zuweisen eines Verkaufskanals hat es geklappt.&nbsp;Danke!
