# Kontaktformular kommt nicht an

Hallo, wenn ich unter “Inhalte” -\> “Formulare” beim Kontaktformular im Feld “eMail” {$sConfig.sMAIL} drin lasse kommt keine E-Mail an. Setze ich direkt eine E-Mail-Adresse rein funktioniert’s. Das gleich auch beim “Anfrageformular” Bei den “Grundeinstellungen” habe ich eine Shopbetreiber-E-Mail-Adresse drin. An was könnte das noch liegen? Kann jemand helfen? Shopware CE, 3.5.3 Vielen Dank

Hi, da muss auch eine komplette eMail-Adresse definiert sein. Die {$sConfig.sMAIL} kann da nicht genutzt werden! Daher stehen im Standard dort auch immer Platzhalter, wie z.B. [info@example.com](mailto:info@example.com) o.ä.
