# Kontaktformular: Kein Verand an definierte Mailadresse

Hallo, ich habe unter Inahlte \> Formulare \> Kontaktformular im Feld eMail die Empfangsmailadresse hinterlegt, gemäß: [http://wiki.shopware.de/Erste-Schritte- … #Formulare](http://wiki.shopware.de/Erste-Schritte-in-Shopware-4%5C_detail%5C_930.html#Formulare) Danach habe ich das Kontaktformular getestet, jedoch kommt keine Mail an. Shopwareversion: Shopware 4.1.2 Cache gelöscht… Bestellmails werden an diegleiche Adresse geschickt & kommen an! Hat jemand eine Idee? VG Oliver
