Hallo Zusammen, ich nutze das Ticketmodul und bin auch sehr begeistert davon. Ein Problem habe ich jedoch: das Kontaktfomular funktioniert nun nicht ohne auch Tickets zu erstellen. Ich möchte es jedoch so nutzen, dass ich weiterhin eine E-Mail mit den Daten aus dem Kontaktformular erhalte. Ist das möglich und wenn ja, wie? Gruß Max
