# keine Shopware-Account-Guthaben-Anzeige im Backend

Rechts im Backend unter „Shopware Account“ steht Nut in roter Schrift, Guthaben:-SC trotz vorhandenem Guthaben. Erbitte Support.

Hallo, seit es den Shopware Account unter [account.shopware.de](http://account.shopware.de) gibt, wird kein Guthaben mehr angezeigt. Es gibt evtl. auch mehrere Domains, die einem Account zugeordnet sein können und daher gibt es schon länger keine Ausgabe im Backend. Auch gibt es keine Shopware Coins mehr, sondern die Abläufe sind komplett auf Euro umgestellt worden.
