Hallo Gemeinde! Seit 2 Tagen versuche ich nun meinen Shop richtig ans Laufen zu bringen. Nach jedem Login ins Backend bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung: `Fehlerinformationen Modul: Shopware.apps.Customer Pfad der Anforderung: /backend/customer/load/ HTTP-Fehlermeldung: Service Unavailable HTTP-Statuscode: 503 / GET ` [code] ## Ups! Bin im Moment recht ratlos. Sonst scheint der Shop ohne Probleme zu funktionieren. Bisher konnte ich nichts finden, das nicht funktioniert. Lediglich die Kundenverwaltung will nicht. Bei der Installation waren alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt. Von daher sollte das passen. Hat noch jemand ne Idee? ---

Hallo, es können eigentlich nur zwei Dinge sein: - Plugins - Fehlende Dateien im Backend-Template Du solltest als ersten Schritt mal die Plugisn ausmachen, den Cache leeren und nochmal testen. Moritz ---

Hab es jetzt gelöst. Zwar hab ich immer noch keine Ahnung, was die Ursache war, habe aber folgenden Lösungsweg gefunden: Installation auf Server komplett gelöscht. Version 5.0.0 per FTP hochgeladen Update auf 5.1.1 in SW durchlaufen lassen
