# Kein Bildupload mehr möglich / Bild zu groß

Hallo zusammen,

ich kann kein Bild mehr im Backend des Shops hochladen (SW 5.4.5). Ständig wird mir gemeldet, dass Bild sei zu Groß. Selbst wenn ich die Bildgröße, Format etc. ändere.

ich empfinde dieses Bild alles andere als groß. Hat irgendwer eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Fall gelöst. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber unter den Shopverzeichnen im SW-Backend wurde der Mediaordner als nicht erkannt gekennzeichnet. Einmal Cache leeren und Reload des Backends hat den Fehler gelöst.
