Hallo, einfach die Shopware-Debug-Parameter der config.php-Datei ergänzen und sich die Fehlermeldung anzeigen lassen, siehe: [https://developers.shopware.com/developers-guide/debugging/#default-log-output](https://developers.shopware.com/developers-guide/debugging/#default-log-output) . Andernfalls mal in den Logs auf dem FTP nachsehen. Grüße Sebastian ---

das liegt an deim server solche verhaltensweisen hatte ich ganz zu anfang mal, als mein hoster sich in shopware einarbeiten musste. seitdem läuft alles klasse. schau auch mal in dein php error log am server. dort kannst du sehen ob php fehler bringt. wenn du nicht weisst wo das php error log steht kann ich dir gerne helfen. wo hast du gehostet? hast du cpanel zur verfügung? das würde das ganze wesentlich erleichtern. viele Grüße matthias   ---

hmmm. hast du überhaupt zugang zum server? Wenn ich nicht wüsste dass man keine Schleichwerbung machen sollte, würde ich sagen, welchsel zu [www.aaahosting.de](http://www.aaahosting.de). da sind wir schon viele Jahre. Der Service schläft nie und jeder Zugang ist mit cpanel geregelt. Da kann auch jeder Laie am Server was machen.   gruss matthias   ---
