# Just installed - 500 error when I browse to store URL - backend fine

I installed Shopware 6.4.16.1 today. I can log in to my backend dashboard with no trouble. But when I visit the store URL I get a 500 internal server error.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

most likely no sales-channel assigned.
