# ITScope Connector Fehler bei Installation unter SW5.1.3

Wir fangen gerade an unsere neuen Shops mit Shopware umzusetzen.

Wir wollen Produkte von ITScope importieren. Allerdings lässt sich das Plugin nicht mal installieren.

Erste Installation: Cron fehlt, also Cron aktiviert, danach folgender Fehler:

Dann eine zweite SW Installation, dort Cron vorher aktiviert, Plugin ITScope installiert und dann:

Bei einem zweiten Versuch auf der neuen SW Installation kommt dann wieder der erste Fehler.

Hast Du ggf. eine .php Datei im var/cache/doctrine Verzeichnis? Ansonsten würde ich den Hersteller des Plugins kontaktieren. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere ist das ja nicht kostenlos oder?

Ja, das Teil kost 1700,- EURO. Im Cache ist nur die clear\_cache.sh

Hersteller ist auch schon angeschrieben.

Wir haben es ja noch nicht gekauft sondern die Testversion aktiviert.

Im cache/doctrine Ordner sind keine PHP Files, nur in den entsprechenden Unterordnern.

Unter doctrine/attributes gibt es dort eine Datei „.php“ ?

Bislang leider nichts, wir sind aber auch auf einen anderen Anbieter ausgewichen, der von ITScope empfohlene, siehe&nbsp;[Mention - ITscope](https://www.itscope.com/mention)
