# Is it possible to send case related e-mail notification to user in shopware?

**Shopware: 5.5.8**  
**Community Edition**

I am using shopware as backend for my web-app and mobile-app. Is it possible to send case related e-mail notification to user in shopware?  
_For example:_  
When a user registers and checked newsletter checkbox. Then shopware should send registration confirm e-mail with newsletter specified content.  
There is e-mail template in shopware which I can use but is it possible to write something like&nbsp;_if newsletter then …_?

Another case is I want to send e-mail content related on which client user registers. If a user register from web-app then web-app related e-mail content. Else if user register from mobile-app then it should send mobile-app related e-mail content.

Can anyone help me by that please?
