# IP Adresse wird vom Root Server gesperrt

Hallo

Ich habe ein Problem mit Shopware 6.4.0.0.

Wenn sich ein User sich Registiert und in sein Account geht dann wird von mein RootServer die IP Adresse gesperrt.

Ich bekomme diese Meldung in meiner Log datei

Hallo,

Ursache ist Deine WAF Comodo Regel:  
/etc/apache2/modsecurity.d/rules/comodo\_free/08\_Global\_Other.conf

Diese Regel ggfs. mal bei Modsecurity rausnehmen.

Bei Plesk : Tools & Einstellungen → Web Application Firewall - anderen Regelsatz verwenden als Comodo.

ich bin sebst kein Fan von Modsecurity, da sich häufig unvorhersehbare Probleme damit einschleichen.
