Bei der Datebank Installation bekomme ich den Fehler  
„SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused“ bei einer leeren Datenbank  
beim anlegen einer neuen Datenbank bekomme ich auch den Fehler  
„SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused“

Alle eingaben sind korrekt
