# Installation / Update Paypal

Guten Tag,

beim installieren des Plugins Paypal Version 3.3.12 erscheint diese Fehlermeldung:

Unable to install, got exception: The target-entity Shopware\Models\Attribute\ProductStream cannot be found in ‘Shopware\Models\ProductStream\ProductStream#attribute’.

Im genannten Verzeichnis liegt diese Datei:&nbsp;ProductStream.php

Datei und Verz haben alle Rechte.

Beim Update von genannter Version auf Version 3.,4.2 erscheint nach dem Herunzerladen des Plugins nach dem Installationsversuch &nbsp;die gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Kann mir jemand bei der Beseitigung dieses Problems&nbsp;helfen?

- ein doppeltes Verzeichnis in /engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Frontend existiert nicht

- im Ordner&nbsp;/var/\_cache gibt es keinen Unterorddner (z.B. produktion)

&nbsp;

kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich vorgehen muss, um hier Hilfe zu bekommen? Muss ich mich über das Forum hinaus direkt an shopware wenden?

Hallo,

direktes Support von Shopware selbst erhälst du, wenn du dieses bei Shopware buchst: [Pläne & Preise | Shopware](https://de.shopware.com/support/subscriptions/) .

Über das Forum erhälst du maximal Hilfe von anderen Shopware - Nutzern oder ab und an auch mal von einem Shopware Mitarbeiter, was aber nicht die Regel sondern eher ein Ausnahmefall ist.
